Sohjoa Baltic (Interreg Baltic Sea Region programme) project researches, promotes and pilots automated driverless electric minibuses as part of the public transport chain especially for first/last mile connectivity. Produced in collaboration with Kancelaria Adwokacka adw. Lech Kaniszewski, The Metropolitan Institute and City of Gdańsk a study of the legal challenges that arise in Poland when implementing automated buses as a part of public transport in urban areas is now published. The work summarizes the current legal situation in Poland concerning traffic and transportation regulations as well as criminal and viability laws.
